Please be informed that we do not accept orders for the following products:

  • Designs or prints that violate the ethical standards of religion, culture, society, and national laws.

  • Designs or prints related to cigarettes, tobacco, vape, unapproved health products, or products with exaggerated claims lacking approval from the Ministry of Health.

  • Designs or prints related to gambling, FOREX, cryptocurrency, MLM schemes, or any suspected fraudulent activities.

  • Designs or prints displaying male or female models not covering their aurat or complying with Shariah standards.

  • To non-Muslim customers, we apologize for having to decline orders involving non-Islamic activities or celebrations.

  • For orders placed through our website, you can make payments online using methods such as FPX and QR Pay.

  • For orders below RM 1,000.00, full payment must be made before the design or printing process commences. For orders exceeding RM 3,000.00, a 70% payment is required before the design or printing process, with the remaining 30% to be paid upon completion of the product (before delivery).

  • At this time, we do not accept orders through Local Order (LO) or Purchase Order (PO).

  • Design fees are applicable only in cases where you do not possess your own design in AI, PDF, JPEG, or CANVA formats.

  • A minimum charge of RM 30.00 will be applied if adjustments are needed to the provided design to facilitate the printing process.

  • For design creation services, a minimum fee of RM 60.00 will be incurred. Charges may vary depending on the nature of the product.

  • Design services include up to three minor revisions. Any additional revisions beyond this limit will be subject to a charge of RM 50.00 per revision. We encourage thorough review prior to placing an order.

  • Customers will receive design files in softcopy format, including AI and PDF versions.

  • Should you require modifications to the finalized design, charges will be applied at our discretion.

  • Design fees will not be applicable for repeat orders unless modifications are requested.

  • The design ordering process typically takes 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), excluding any customer-requested changes.

  • Our team will require design confirmation from customers before proceeding to the printing stage. Orders will only be processed after payment has been made and the design has been confirmed.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM noon will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after 12:00 PM noon will be processed the following day.

  • The printing process will take 4 – 30 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on the type of product. We encourage you to confirm with us before placing an order.

  • The sizes of products in the catalog and on the website may vary by +/- compared to the actual products.

  • The colors of products displayed on the website may differ from the actual products due to unavoidable factors.

  • Print colors on products will not be exactly the same 100% due to factors such as material type, machine type, ink type, temperature, supplier factory, and other influencing factors. If you place an order again, we cannot guarantee that the print colors will be exactly 100% the same as the previous order.

  • Some of our product packaging involves manual processes such as cutting and stitching, and we cannot guarantee 100% quality. If you are extremely meticulous about this matter, we apologize for not meeting your expectations.

  • We provide delivery services throughout Malaysia using POS LAJU, J&T, XEND, and LALAMOVES.

  • Delivery charges depend on the type of product, quantity, and location. The delivery charges on the website are based on calculations only and not on the actual weight and size. You can contact us to confirm the delivery charges before placing an order.

  • The delivery process takes 1 – 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery may also take longer depending on the location and unavoidable factors.

  • We will not be responsible for any issues during the delivery process beyond our control. However, we will always communicate with the courier service to ensure that your order arrives safely.

Cancellations and returns are solely at our discretion.

DESIGN

  • If the design process has not yet begun, we will refund your money.

  • If the design process has commenced, we will not refund your money.

  • We will not be held responsible for any errors in designs that have been approved by the customer.

PRINTING

  • Once the printing process has started (payment has been made to the manufacturer or supplier), we cannot refund your money.

  • If there are design changes after the printing process has started, we cannot stop the process unless permitted by the manufacturer or supplier.

  • We will not be held responsible for printing errors caused by the customer’s negligence.

  • In the event of printing errors caused by our negligence, we offer:

      • Replacement of damaged products with new ones
      • Repair of damaged products
      • Compensation payment based on the error or damage
      • Discounts based on the error or damage
      • Discounts for future orders
      • Based on discussion and agreement with the customer.
